It took some old-fashioned beating and banging, but Brenden Queen held off Brent Crews and won Friday's ARCA Menards Series race at Iowa Speedway.
Queen, the ARCA Menards Series points leader, led 112 of 150 laps and held off Crews in the closing laps to score his fifth win of the 2025 season.

Crews was the only other driver to lead on Friday, as he led 38 laps en route to his runner-up finish.
"I wasn't going to let him (Crews) keep running into me and not win," Queen told Fox Sports. "He (Crews) got the best of me last week (at IRP) and at Phoenix. Just refuse to lose there."
Lawless Alan, Isabella Robusto, who scored the best finish for a female driver in an ARCA Menards Series race at Iowa Speedway, and 2024 ARCA champion Lavar Scott rounded out the top five, with Isaac Kitzmiller, Sam Corry, Eloy Falcon, Mason Mitchell and Jason Kitzmiller completing the top 10.
Other notable finishers include Tyler Reif in 11th, Zachary Tinkle in 12th, Quinn Davis in 15th, Kris Wright in 24th and Brad Smith in 24th. Colby Evans finished 23rd in his ARCA Menards Series debut.
The ARCA Menards Series will return to action on Aug. 8 at Watkins Glen International. The General Tire 100 will go green shortly after 2 p.m. ET, with coverage on FS2 and MRN.
