The 'NFL receivers with multiple 1,000-yard seasons' quiz

The Washington Commanders take the field on Friday for their first preseason game of the season, looking to carry the momentum from their surprise run to the NFC Championship last season. 

But there’s one major fly in the ointment heading into the 2025 season. 

Star wide receiver Terry McLaurin, who had his most productive all-around season in 2024 with rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels, is looking for a new contract. Scary Terry is heading into the final season of a three-year, $68 million contract, and reports have emerged about the gap between McLaurin and Washington in negotiations. 

McLaurin will turn 30 early in the 2025 season and is looking for a deal similar to that of 27 year old Steeler D.K. Metcalf, somewhere near $32 million-per-year, while the Commanders apparently want to keep the number in the ballpark of his current $23 million salary. 

Which brings us to today’s quiz. McLaurin has been one of the most productive and stable receivers in the NFL during his tenure with the Commanders, posting five-straight 1,000-yard seasons while reaching a career-high 13 touchdown catches in 2024.
