The Cleveland Browns have a big unknown for star pass-rusher Myles Garrett ahead of Sunday's Week 1 contest against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Per Ari Meirov of the 33rd Team, Garrett did not participate at practice on Thursday due to a hip issue.
"Browns All-Pro DE Myles Garrett did not practice today due to a hip injury," Meirov posted. "Cleveland hosts the Bengals on Sunday."

Garrett was not added to the injury report on Wednesday. The Browns have two other defensive linemen on the injury report. Mike Hall Jr. missed Wednesday's practice with a knee injury, and Shelby Harris was a limited participant due to an illness.
Garrett's health is important to the Browns this season. The All-Pro has recorded 352 tackles and 102.5 sacks in his eight-year NFL career. He's coming off of back-to-back 14-sack seasons, which led to his signing a four-year, $160 million extension in March.
The Browns are set to play a Bengals offense that plans to play aggressively in the first quarter, believing that taking an early lead puts its defense in a better position to rush the passer, the strength of Cincinnati's defense.
Cleveland needs Garrett healthy and ready to disturb quarterback Joe Burrow's ability to target receivers Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.
Joe Tryon-Shoyinka is listed as Garrett's backup on the depth chart. This is Tryon-Shoyinka's first season in Cleveland after spending his first four years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The 2021 first-round pick has appeared in 66 games and started 45. Tryon-Shoyinka has recorded 138 total tackles, 15.0 sacks, eight passes defensed and two forced fumbles.
