Julian Sayin put together a great game against Grambling on Saturday and set an Ohio State record in the process.
Sayin went 18/19 for 306 yards and 4 touchdowns at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, on Saturday. He began the game with 16 straight completions, which is an Ohio State record.
Sayin had so much time to complete his passes, and his receivers were able to find easy openings in the defense.

Grambling does not present the same challenge that Ohio State will see with a program like Texas or Penn State, but they have to be pleased about the way their offense executed. It’s not like Ohio State hasn’t played cupcakes in the past, and no QB had previously completed 16 straight passes. The previous record holder was Will Howard with 14.
Ohio State did not hold back in their win over Grambling. They kep going for it on 4th down plays even with a big lead, and they added 35 more points in the second half after leading 35-0 at halftime.
Sayin’s big game against Grambling comes after he passed for 126 yards and a touchdown in the Buckeyes’ win over Texas.
