Arch Manning, Texas pulled away in the second half

In the second half, Manning helped Texas pull away from the Hogs, adding three more touchdowns — including one on the ground — to put the game on ice. 

Manning ended the afternoon with a career-high 389 passing yards and six total touchdowns (four passing, one rushing, one receiving). 

Manning also made history on multiple fronts. He's the first quarterback in school history to throw, run for and catch a touchdown in a game and the first SEC QB to have a passing, rushing and receiving touchdown in a game since Dak Prescott did it in 2014. 

Texas could certainly use a similar version of Manning in Austin on Nov. 28 against No. 3 Texas A&M. Texas must win the rivalry matchup and get some help to stay alive in the College Football Playoff conversation.
