After less than a quarter-and-a-half of the Dallas Cowboys' Week 12 home game against the Philadelphia Eagles, fans had likely seen enough. The Cowboys trailed 21-0 just minutes into the second quarter and didn't get on the scoreboard until 21 seconds were remaining before halftime.
But the second half wasn't just a different story — it was like watching a different team on both sides of the ball. The Cowboys used a third-quarter touchdown pass from Dak Prescott to Brevyn Spann-Ford to cut Philadelphia's lead to one score, and tied the game up at 21-21 early in the fourth.
After multiple failed opportunities to take the lead, the Cowboys still completed the 24-21 comeback on the leg of the reliable Brandon Aubrey, who nailed a 42-yarder as time expired.
It was an improbable comeback against the Cowboys' biggest rival, and as the team stared at the tall task of mounting Sunday's comeback, Prescott got a message from his teammate. As Joseph Hoyt of the Dallas Morning News revealed, offensive lineman Tyler Booker said one word to the quarterback, and it was a message Prescott himself constantly uses: "Believe."
As Prescott told reporters, he "never doubted" the comeback, and his response to Booker proved that.
Dak Prescott: "That game was needed. Never blinked, never doubted."

Prescott said Tyler Booker once looked at him and repeated something Prescott had said multiple times: "Believe."
Prescott responded: "I know."
The Cowboys desperately needed Sunday's win, and somehow, as unlikely as it seemed for much of the day, they got the job done.
The Eagles held a win probability of as high as 96.3% during the second quarter, and the Cowboys weren't favored on the same ESPN metric until 7:38 remained in the fourth quarter. This happened when Eagles star Saquon Barkley coughed up his first fumble of the season, and it came at the most inopportune time.
Dallas moves to 5-5-1 on the season, second in the NFC East, with some distance from the 3-8 Washington Commanders. However, the Eagles still look poised to repeat as NFC East champions, holding an 8-3 mark heading into Week 13.
