Notre Dame Fighting Irish running back Jadarian Price will be following his teammate and fellow running back Jeremiyah Love into the 2026 NFL Draft.
Price didn't get the hype that Love did this season. Love, for his part, was a Heisman Trophy finalist, but Price was just as vital to Notre Dame's success in 2025. A junior, Price could come back for another season in South Bend because he does have one more year of eligibility, but he has decided to prioritize his pro future.
"After much reflection, I have decided to declare for the NFL Draft," Price posted on his Instagram account (h/t the "South Bend Tribune"). "First, I want to thank God and my family for their love, sacrifice and belief in me throughout this journey. They make all of this possible."
Price thanked his coaches for believing in him as a football player and as a person. He also clearly got a ton out of his time at Notre Dame.
"As I step into the next chapter and pursue my dream of playing in the NFL, I carry with me the lessons, values and memories Notre Dame has given me," Price said.

The MOST UNDERRATED running back in the nation. Someone is going to get an absolute steal.

Price rushed 113 times this season for the Irish and notched 674 yards and 11 touchdowns on an extremely healthy 6.0 yards per carry. He also added two touchdowns through the air.
Again, his teammate, Love, is going to get all the hype in the draft. Love rushed 199 times for 1,372 yards and 18 touchdowns on 6.9 yards per carry. He also caught 27 passes for 280 yards and three touchdowns.
Love is elite, and he could be the next great NFL running back. That's not to say Price can't carve out a nice career for himself in the pros, though. According to Tankathon, he should be an early Day 2 pick, so it will be interesting to see where he ends up.
