Maxx Crosby's days with the Las Vegas Raiders might finally be coming to an end.
The superstar pass-rusher has always reaffirmed his commitment to the organization, but now that he's reportedly mad that they won't let him play again this season, his stance could change. Crosby reportedly "left the building" after being told he was going to be shut down.
With multiple teams likely to keep tabs on his situation, here are three organizations that should be all over Crosby in a potential trade.
The Buffalo Bills have been a two-man show for way too long and need more than Josh Allen and James Cook. While their run defense has been their primary issue, they don't have a bona fide pass-rusher on the roster, either.
Joey Bosa isn't at the peak of his powers anymore, and they've been in the market for an elite headhunter since they signed an aging Von Miller, who is now with the Washington Commanders. If the Bills don't make it to the Super Bowl this season, they will need to make a huge splash.
Hiring Ben Johnson has turned the Chicago Bears around almost overnight. They might end up winning the NFC North, and even though they have had to resort to late-game heroics way too many times this season, they're still a team on the rise.
However, for as good as they've been when compared to the Matt Eberflus era, they haven't done much to put pressure on the quarterback. Their secondary has been elite at creating turnovers, but the defensive front has been rather bland. Adding Crosby would put them in the top tier.
And last but not least, Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys should be all over Crosby. This defense showed signs of life when they acquired Quinnen Williams, and they would be adding the elite pass-rusher they lost in the Micah Parsons trade.
Of course, this would require some financial juggling, and it would probably cost them a chance to sign George Pickens to a long-term extension. That being said, the Cowboys already have a solid one-two punch in CeeDee Lamb and Javonte Williams, so the sacrifice might be worth it.
