Days after Ole Miss QB Trinidad Chambliss pulled multiple rabbits out of his hat in a Sugar Bowl win over Georgia, his Ole Miss predecessor decided to one-up him.
In the closing moments of the first half of Sunday's Week 18 matchup between the New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys, Giants rookie QB Jaxson Dart - who played at Ole Miss from 2022-24 - made a Patrick Mahomes-esque play that put New York on top at halftime.
With the Giants facing a third-and-16 play from the Dallas 29-yard-line, Dart was pressured. He was forced to scramble out of the pocket before flipping the ball to tight end Daniel Bellinger, who ran all the way to the end zone for a touchdown.

The score was Dart's first TD pass of the afternoon and capped a beautiful 11-play, 96-yard drive that also saw Dart throw a 23-yard beauty to wide receiver Gunner Olszewski to get New York into striking distance.
The Giants led the Cowboys 16-10 at halftime and are looking to snap Dallas' nine-game winning streak in the series.
In what's been an abysmal season for the Giants (3-13), their rookie QB has been a beacon of hope.
Dart threw for 154 yards in the first half of Sunday's game, and his TD toss to Bellinger was his 14th of the season. Dart has only thrown five interceptions this season, and has thrown for 2,196 yards through the first half of Sunday's game.
