No stranger to winning, the Oklahoma City Thunder accomplished something for the second time that's rare for most teams to put together even once throughout a season.
With their dominating 121-92 win over the Brooklyn Nets, the Thunder achieved their second win streak of 10 or more games during the 2025-26 campaign.
Oklahoma City's latest win streak dates back to Feb. 27, when the Thunder started off this run by beating the Denver Nuggets 127-121 in overtime.
And while a win over the Nets and earlier victories over the Mavericks and Bulls aren't anything to brag about, the Thunder have statement wins against the New York Knicks, Boston Celtics, Minnesota Timberwolves, Orlando Magic and two over the Nuggets in the same span as well.

Their previous streak was from Nov. 7 to Dec. 10 and made it all the way to 16 games.
The reigning league MVP, now on track to repeat, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander further cemented his place in NBA history in the middle of this streak. He passed Wilt Chamberlain for the most consecutive games with at least 20 points during the Thunder's 104-102 win over Boston.
Gilgeous-Alexander increased his record on Wednesday, scoring exactly 20 points in only 26 minutes of action. He missed only one field goal all game, connecting on 8-of-9 for a staggering 88.9% clip.
Just one night prior, Gilgeous-Alexander put up 40 points in Orlando, his high during the current streak and fifth 40-plus-point performance of the season. He's scored at least 30 points in half of the games during the streak.
Gilgeous-Alexander, just as focused on leading the Thunder to back-to-back NAB titles and capturing another Finals MVP, is averaging 31.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 6.6 assists in 58 games.
But for the most important aspect of the streak, Oklahoma City is now 55-15 and sitting at the top of the Western Conference standings with a 3.5-game lead above the San Antonio Spurs.
Ironically, Oklahoma City doesn't own the longest active streak. That belongs to the Atlanta Hawks, who extended their streak to 11 games, the longest for that franchise in a decade.
