Chase Edmonds makes three bold predictions for Vikings’ Kyler Murray

Kyler Murray's move to the Minnesota Vikings this offseason continues to spark a lot of positive reactions around the NFL world. The veteran quarterback is believed to have found a spot for renaissance in the league, and everybody is talking about it.

Chase Edmonds is the latest to offer a positive review about Murray's move to Minnesota. The running back, who played alongside the quarterback with the Arizona Cardinals, made three bold predictions for 2026, believing there’s a lot the Vikings can achieve with the quarterback.

“I think they have the best overall coaching staff in the NFL with K.O.C. and Brian Flores,” Edmonds said in an exclusive interview with Casino Guru. “There is no better coaching staff. They are going to be as prepared as anybody week in and week out in the NFL.

“I think they can win the NFC North, and I’m going to be real. I think Kyler Murray is going to win Comeback Player of the Year. I think he gets back to the Pro Bowl. I think he really reminds people of just how talented he is.”

Chase Edmonds’ perspective on Kyler Murray carries weight considering his firsthand experience with the quarterback’s work ethic and talent. He's seen both the highs and challenges that have defined Murray's career while sharing the backfield with him in Arizona.

Without a doubt, quarterback play was a big concern for the Vikings last season, playing a crucial role in their unfortunate playoff miss. J.J. McCarthy, who was named the starter after missing his entire rookie season, was unable to live up to lofty expectations.

However, the arrival of Kyler Murray offers the team something different at the quarterback position. His time in Arizona has shown there’s a lot of talent in him, and he can be a good fit for Kevin O'Connell's offensive setup.
