The Michigan Wolverines are playing in the Final Four against the Arizona Wildcats on Saturday.
It's a huge matchup between two No. 1 seeds and two of the best teams in the nation.
The Wolverines have to feel good about their chances, considering the way they've looked over the course of this season and especially in the tournament. They're coming off a 95-62 beatdown of the Tennessee Volunteers in the Elite Eight.
There is some concern about starting point guard Elliot Cadeau, though.
According to a report from ESPN on Wednesday afternoon, Cadeau may have suffered a possible allergic reaction, and he's receiving medical attention.
"The doctors evaluated Elliot and he is fine. Out of an abundance of caution, he is receiving medical supervision and will be traveling to Indianapolis later [Wednesday]," the team said in a statement, per ESPN.

It sounds as if the junior point guard from West Orange, New Jersey, will be fine in time for Saturday evening's game.
It's not only a relief from the standpoint of the young man's health, but the Wolverines must be breathing a sigh of relief as well. They'll need Cadeau in playing shape to beat Arizona.
He's averaged 10.2 points, 2.7 rebounds and 5.8 assists this season for the Wolverines. Cadeau has been especially good for Michigan during this March Madness run.
He put up 12 points and seven assists in the 95-72 second-round win over St. Louis University and then followed that up with 17 points and seven assists in Michigan's 90-77 win over Alabama.
Against Tennessee, Cadeau notched eight points, 10 assists, three rebounds and two steals.
