The 'NBA Rookies of the Year' quiz

The San Antonio Spurs responded to their surprising 104-12 Game 1 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves with a vengeance in Game 2. After winning the first quarter by seven, San Antonio closed the first half on a 31-13 run to take firm control of the contest and secure their first win of the Western Conference Semifinals by a score of 133-95.

It was a balanced attack  from the Spurs. While their back-to-back Rookies of the Year in Stephon Castle (21) and Victor Wembanyama (19) led the way, San Antonio finished all five starters in double-figures and six players total.

Despite the lopsided loss, the Timberwolves will be happy to take a win back to Minnesota for Game 3 on Friday night.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. San Antonio became the first team since the Timberwolves in 2015 and 2016 to have back-to-back Rookies of the Year thanks to Wemby and Castle. Those picks are certainly paying dividends now. With that being said, can you name every NBA Rookie of the Year of the Lottery Era?

Good luck!
