The record-keepers can't keep up with Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark.
Before the Fever's home game against the Seattle Storm on Sunday, the WNBA issued a stat correction. The league determined Clark logged 32 points and 10 assists in a 104-102 loss to the Washington Mystics on May 15. The original box score listed eight assists for the third-year guard.
The adjustment then gave her a WNBA record 11 career games with 20-plus points and 10-plus assists. She added to it in Indiana's 89-78 win over Seattle on Sunday, scoring 21 points, dishing out 10 assists and grabbing seven rebounds, bringing her total to 12 such performances in 57 career games.
"That had to be a first, that's a good point," Clark said in a postgame news conference when asked about extending the record following the scorebook error.

Clark should keep adding to that record and many more this season. The guard has rediscovered her 2024 Rookie of the Year form after groin, quadriceps and ankle injuries limited her to 13 games in 2025. Entering Monday, Clark was tied for fifth in the league in scoring (24.3 points per game in four games).
Fever head coach Stephanie White said Sunday that she's seen more "burst" from Clark this season while discussing the guard's improved health.
"I think you can see it, not just in taking off with the ball in her hands," White said (via ESPN's Kareem Copeland). "But you can see it in the lift in her shot. She looks strong. She looks loaded in her actions. You can tell by the way she gets to the free-throw line. So, I just think her movement patterns and her burst are back."
A healthier Clark could help the Fever start rolling after a slow start. Indiana is now 2-2 following the win over Seattle (1-3). A healthier Clark could also shatter more records, so statisticians better ensure they're tracking her numbers more precisely.
