Maxx Crosby starred in one of the most infamous and bizarre incidents in NFL offseason history.
Just hours after being traded to the Baltimore Ravens, his new team sent him back to the Las Vegas Raiders over alleged medical concerns.
Crosby has left the incident behind, and he's been more than eager to resume his career in Sin City.
However, ESPN insider Dan Graziano believes the Raiders could still shop him at some point in the season, and four contenders look like logical landing spots.
“Crosby might stick with the Raiders all year at this point, but if he's going to get traded at all, we're probably looking at something in-season ahead of the deadline. If a team such as the Cowboys, Bills, Bears or Patriots finds itself in contention and in need of an impact pass rusher, things could get interesting here again,” Graziano wrote.
The Cowboys were in the mix to trade for him before the Ravens one-upped them.
The Bears have also been tied to him for a while now, given their evident need for help in the pass-rushing department.
As for the AFC East teams, there's plenty at stake for both the Patriots and Bills in their two-team race for the division.
Crosby is one of the best headhunters in the game, though it's unlikely he'll fetch the same stellar return he drew this offseason.
With Myles Garrett going for Jared Verse, one first-round pick, one second-round pick and one third-round pick and Micah Parsons drawing two first-rounders and Kenny Clark, the Raiders might be looking at a first-round pick and a starting-caliber player for their star.
That said, they'll probably hold onto him to start the season to help him get back to full strenght and drive his trade value back up with his stellar play.
