LeBron James, Bronny go viral for NBA's Father's Day compilation

One of the most popular father-son duos in sports is Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James and his son, Bronny James. LeBron and Bronny have played two seasons and 48 games together in the NBA.

According to research from StatMuse, in their 48 games together, the two have logged nearly 300 minutes of playing time on the floor together. They're a rarity, too, because back during the 2024-25 season, LeBron and Bronny became the first active father-son duo to play in the same game together.

So, it makes sense that on Father's Day, the NBA would take to social media to share clips of LeBron and Bronny on the court.

NBA shares LeBron James and Bronny moments on Father's Day

On Sunday, the NBA took to social media to share video footage of this power father-son duo.

"LeBron & Bronny made countless memories this season," the NBA wrote with a heart and basketball emoji. "Happy Father's Day, NBA fans!"

The league's post on X has reached 55,000 views and is climbing.

So, will LeBron come back to the Lakers in 2026-27? He's apparently still making that decision.

"I think at some point, up in June, late June, as July rolls around, free agency gets going. As July's rolling maybe into August, we start to kind of get a feel of what my future may look like, if it's continuing to play the game that I love— which I know I can still give so much to the game, and play at a high level— or if it's not," James told Steve Nash on the "Mind the Game" podcast in May. "But I have not gotten to that point yet."
