Following Chandler Smith's dominant victory in Saturday's NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at North Wilkesboro Speedway, there are only three races left in the Truck Series regular season. Here's what the Chase grid looks like through the first 15 events of 2026.
1. Layne Riggs (Clinched)
2. Kaden Honeycutt (Clinched)
3. Chandler Smith (+178)
4. Christian Eckes (+147)
5. Gio Ruggiero (+131)
6. Ty Majeski (+64)
A pedestrian 14th-place run for Rhodes Saturday at North Wilkesboro only lost him four points to the cut line, which isn't a big deal with so few races left before the Chase. So long as he keeps his nose clean over the next three races, he should skate into the postseason with ease.
Hemric was surprisingly uncompetitive on Saturday and finished 20th, losing 13 points to the cut line. That's far from a catastrophic day, but it wasn't one the No. 19 team needed, either.
After his win at Lime Rock last week, Enfinger lost a whopping 22 points to the cut line this week with a 25th-place finish at North Wilkesboro. IRP and Richmond should be good tracks for the veteran driver, but he absolutely can't afford any more sub-20th-place runs.
Friesen's margin to the cut line is literally as razor-thin as it gets. He holds the tiebreaker for the final Chase spot over Tyler Ankrum after finishing eighth at North Wilkesboro and gaining 17 points on the cut line in a very clutch performance.
Ankrum's season is starting to crumble. He finished 19th on Saturday, and a team that was projected to be safely in the Chase before the season is now fighting tooth and nail to get in.
Garcia gained six points on the cut line with a 13th-place finish on Saturday, but you have to imagine he'll need a top ten or two over the next three races to get onto the right side of the bubble.
Queen just keeps hanging around the cut line. He finished 21st on Saturday but only lost two points to the bubble. A pair of good runs on the short tracks of IRP and Richmond could give him a real shot at making the Chase come New Hampshire on Aug. 22.
Perez broke even with the cut line after a 23rd-place finish at North Wilkesboro, which was pretty much a best-case scenario for the No. 44 team. Perez needs a top 10 at IRP to keep his Chase hopes alive.
15. Tanner Gray (-40)
16. Justin Haley (-41)
17. Dawson Sutton (-96)
18. Mini Tyrrell (-113)
19. Cole Butcher (-117)
20. Kris Wright (-142)
