Sophie Cunningham is having some fun this week at the expense of A’ja Wilson.

The Las Vegas Aces star Wilson was involved in a heated confrontation with an Indiana Fever fan during Tuesday’s first-round playoff game. In the fourth quarter at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Ind., Wilson was being defended by the Fever guard Cunningham off the ball and drew a foul on Cunningham after a hard collision.

Wilson then proceeded to walk over to a fan who was sitting behind the basket, angrily confronting him. You can see the video of the incident here.

In a post to her TikTok page on Wednesday, Cunningham trolled Wilson over the altercation. Speaking into the camera, Cunningham said, “Not trying to be dramatic at all, like seriously. I’m just here having my morning coffee. [But] what a damn comeback year for the point. Who would’ve thought? Just who would’ve ever thought?”

Cunningham was referencing the fact that an alternate angle showed that Wilson was set off by the fan pointing at her. Wilson also confirmed that much in her postgame press conference.

Of course, Cunningham had a famous pointing moment of her own this season as well, sparking an evergreen meme by trolling DeWanna Bonner of the Phoenix Mercury with a dramatic finger-point during a game. Now Wilson and the Aces (who play the Fever again on Thursday in a winner-take-all Game 3) have managed to get victimized by a point as well.
