After a quad injury cause him to miss Week 4, Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jalen Coker appears to be close to getting back on the field in Week 6.
According to Panthers head coach Dave Canales, Coker is "on track" to return to the field in Week 6 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Through three games, Coker has hauled in 18 catches for 222 yards with two touchdowns. He had a breakout game in Week 1 against the Chicago Bears with nine catches for 138 yards and both of his touchdowns.

Coker made a name for himself last season in the NFC Wild Card Round when he went off against the Los Angeles Rams, catching nine passes for 134 yards with a touchdown.
That monster performance earned Coker a three-year, $35 million contract extension and he was expected to be a major player in the Panthers offense this season.
While his Week 1 performance was outstanding, take it away from his season stats and he has just nine catches for 84 yards with no touchdowns in his other two games.
Coker will certainly need to be more productive in his return to the offense. The recent play of Carolina's top receiver Tetairoa McMillan should give Coker plenty of targets and opportunities to succeed and boost his numbers.
