With the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo just days away contestants across the country are preparing themselves for ten rounds of intense competition. Though Rocker Steiner has added another step to prep; hog hunting with those in the music industry.

The young cowboy is headed to his second NFR qualification sitting seventh in the bareback standings, winning just under $150,000 in the 2023 season. The former Resistol Rookie started the year off with a bang by winning Fort Worth. Ten rounds in the Thomas and Mack could drastically change the standings, and the 19-year-old has proven he is there to do it.

Friday night Steiner was tagged in an Instagram photo after a successful hunt with Koe Wetzel's tour manager and another one of his guitarists, taken by Parker McCollum's photographer.

Wild hogs are an invasive species that destroy crops and fences while pushing out native wildlife. Wild hogs can weigh up to a few hundred pounds and are dangerous. Their numbers have increased in the last decade across Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico.

Living up to his name, Steiner has been seen on Instagram and TikTok playing the guitar around a fire or at home. Could we see more music from Rocker in the future?

Parker McCollum is scheduled to play on Nov. 14 at the Chelsea at the Cosmopolitan venue, while Koe Wetzel is set for the Hooey Party on Nov. 15 in Las Vegas at the Brooklyn Bowl venue.

Rocker Steiner is set to compete in Las Vegas Dec. 7-16 at the Thomas and Mack Arena.
