Brooklyn Projects and New Balance Numeric have joined forces to drop a limited-edition take on the NB Numeric 480 High, offering a unique blend of skateboarding with classic heavy metal vibes.

This exclusive collab stemmed from the mind on Brooklyn Projects founder Dom DeLuca’s deep-rooted love for the heavy metal music and of course, skateboarding. Get a closer look below and learn more about this limited drop. (Only 574 pairs available!)

"The design of the NB Numeric 480 High draws direct inspiration from DeLuca's personal style during his early days, with key influences coming from denim and leather attire typically associated with heavy metal culture," the BP website mentions.

"These elements have been seamlessly incorporated into the design, giving the iconic 480 High a fresh yet nostalgic reimagination by Brooklyn Projects and renowned designer, Dom. The sleek silhouette, inspired by the fierce aesthetics of the music scene, celebrates the balance between grit, fashion, and skate culture."

As mentioned, each pair of this exclusive release (two colorways) is limited to only 574 pairs, which is a nod to New Balance’s first-ever model—the 574. The cherry on top? Each pair of these limited shoes are packaged with a special edition box and a custom-designed tee by legendary artist Mike Gigliotti.
