Sakura Sake Tour Video NYC Premiere Recap

AriZona team riders in attendance included Caroline Duerr, JJ Colõn, Leo Heinert, Brandon “Bonestalone” Bonner & Daniela Ramos.

            A large scale photography exhibition lit up the walls featuring images shot by Blair Alley, Rodrigo Cabrejas & Olman Torres.  Photos included from trips to Japan, Mexico City, Montreal & the Showtime Tour in in NYC.  Lucy Jean Zickert displayed her latest abstract acrylic series as well as a tin foiled sculpted skater.

            Natural Koncept’s Dalt~One showcased a new series of paintings for the summer lineup including Bonestalone as “Rat Man”, JJ Colõn & family enjoying a Puerto Rican style picnic & Costa Rican super star Jefferson “Yiyo” Obando debut pro Spiderman graphic.

            Lucy Jean & I handled the master of ceremonies duties the which included an epic performance by Max Fish’s Marc Razo & Vince Nudo.  Alison Busch’s band Leggs took the stage next and rocked out so hard they left everyone in a frenzy. 

            The event hit an all time high when the crowd filled up the theater to witness the action captured in Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka & Kyoto.  It was such a surreal moment to share the Japan highlights with our NYC skate friends and family.

            Bonestalone capp’d the night off with pristine flow & lyrics so mind blowing only Fredericksburg’s Ghost Ridin’ King could deliver.

Shout outs to Mad Steez, R.B. Umali, Steve Rodriguez, Helmet’s John Stanier, Pavement’s Stephen Malkmus, Endless Boogie’s Harry Druzd, Captain Barto, Alex Corporan, Max Fish,  Labor & Tenent  for all the support. 

            Mad respect to our favorite bartender Zuzia for dishin’ out the ice cold AZ Hards all evening!
