In 2025, the Dead Air Radio two-headed beast will not sit still. Steve Fletch and Mitch Hartman are steady collecting boards, getting clips in the cold, repping brands, and reviewing shoes.
Enter this new episode with a review of the Asics Japan Pro MT. It's no secret the Dead Air guys are fans of Asics newish skateboarding program, so they got their hands on the new mid-top offering of the Japan Pro. Tune in.
"Mitch and Steve break down the newest model from Asics Skateboarding, the Japan Pro MT, their first hightop offering. Tune in to hear with the dynamic duo has to say about these shoes."
Asics' first mid top offering in its skate line, the guys attest that these mids stay consistent in sizing. Wide or normal foot, these shoes work for either. Mitch goes on to say this is his favorite model Asics makes. He even took them to Pulaski Park in DC over the weekend to get some clips in the cold.
Tongue straps are in this model as is a glued-in insole. There's a big padded tongue and the black on white sole colorway is a time-tested classic. Joey Marrone has some clips for Asics and Nocturnal in Philly in the video below.
