Chelsea Handler's Nephews Asked Her to Stop Skiing Topless

Comedian Chelsea Handler is known for celebrating her birthday in a very unique way.

If you're not familiar, Handler's half-decade-running tradition is to post a video that features her skiing with minimal clothing while holding a cocktail in one hand, and some form of cannabis in the other. Dogs, Canadian flags, and nipple tape have also made cameos.

Handler is turning 50 this year, and recently told our colleagues at Parade that she has a, "big plan" for the video. "It's going to involve more than just me," Handler says in the interview. "It's going to involve a lot of people, and hopefully lots of pets."

Handler also confirmed to Parade that she won't be appearing topless in this year's celebration. She's opted for more modest bathing suit tops in recent videos, and revealed the decision came at the request of her nephews.

"I haven't been topless in a couple years," says Handler. "My nephews asked me nicely a couple years ago if I could not be topless in videos because they're in college with other boys."

Handler didn't reveal too much about the upcoming 50th birthday video, but we're looking forward to February 25, 2025. There's no doubt Handler will be up to something with her friends.

Here's hoping Handler points 'em straight down Air Jordan in front of a cheering crowd. Now that would be BIG.

Handler spends her winters living and skiing at Whistler Blackcomb. She regularly shares photos and videos to her social media followers of her navigating the massive resort.

A recent post was captioned, "Whistler always brings the joy!!" and features multiple photos of Handler and her dogs enjoying a powder day. Rumor has it she's a POWDER Magazine reader as well...

Handler's affinity for skiing nude is often criticized by internet trolls, but one could argue that Shane McConkey would have supported it... Regardless, she's a skier. There's no doubt about that.
