Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, skiers and snowboarders— the time has come to purchase your Ikon Pass before prices increase tomorrow, October 10, 2024.
That's right, the date you saw five months ago and thought you had plenty of time to prepare for has arrived! All pass prices will increase tomorrow, including a $90 hike for an adult Ikon Pass.
It might still feel like summer depending on where you live, but flakes are starting to fly and snowmaking guns are roaring back to life at mountains across the country. Most notably, Ikon Pass resort Mammoth Mountain, California will kick of its season in just 37 days on Friday, November 15, 2024.
The Ikon Pass has added two significant ski resorts to its lineup ahead of the Winter '24/'25 season. Ikon Pass holders that frequent Palisades Tahoe, California will be happy to learn that Sierra-at-Tahoe has joined the pass this year. It marks the second the resort to join the Ikon Pass in the Tahoe region, and will be a welcomed alternative to the hustle and bustle of Palisades.
Skiers looking to explore international destinations with their Ikon Pass should be pleased with the addition of St. Moritz, Switzerland. St. Moritz is two world-class ski resorts in one with a rich history of hosting the Winter Olympics and multiple FIS World Championships over the years. To put its size into perspective, St. Moritz boasts over 86,000 acres of skiable terrain. That's more than ten times the largest ski resorts here in North America.
Don't get caught paying more for your Ikon Pass than you need to. Bite the bullet, wait a few days for your pass to arrive in the mail, and then celebrate as your ski season will officially be set in motion.
Winter is coming. Are you ready?
