Salt Lake-based skier Mali Noyes has SMASHED the record for skiing every line in Utah's Chuting Gallery.
The Chuting Gallery is a book that was published by Park City skier Andrew McLean in 1998 of 93 of the steepest ski lines in the Wasatch. When written, McLean never really intended anyone to try and ski every single line in it, according to his website. It took him about five years to ski every line prior to writing the book.
Since then, several people have skied the Gallery in it's entirety, including Noah Howell who did it in 13 years, Mike Meru, who did it on a splitboard after a severe back injury, and fellow Salt Lake-based ski mountaineer and climate advocate, Caroline Gleich, who was the first woman to ski every line in the book.
As of April 27, 2025, Mali Noyes officially skied all 93 lines in the Chuting Gallery in 47 days, significantly faster than any skier to date.

Raised as a nordic skier, Noyes is no stranger to endurance feats. Before her latest feat, she skied the WURL (Wasatch Ultimate Ridge Linkup), usually a route intended to be completed on foot in the summer.
She's also an accomplished ultra-runner having won medals at races like the Speedgoat 50k and raced in the UTMB Mont Blanc. When she's not crushing objectives in the mountains, Noyes works as a nurse at the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake.
Noyes began her quest to tackle the Chuting Gallery on March 12, 2025, just hours after clocking out of a nursing shift. A season of unpredictable and unstable conditions in the Wasatch meant she started what she called Project Rapid Fire later in the season than one would think optimal, but it clearly didn't hold her back.
Noyes completed several lines in the book alongside fellow Salomon teammate and heinous backcountry objective-finder, Cody Townsend. Accomplished ski mountaineer Sam Smoothy also accompanied Noyes on several objectives.
Noyes' feat is truly one of the most notable ski accomplishments to take place in recent years further establishes her one of the most bad*** skiers around.
