2020-21 accounts break down the €82.15m Milan spent on 12 signings

The amount that AC Milan spent on their incoming operations for the 2020-21 season has been revealed in the club’s financial accounts.

MilanNews have received access to the accounts and the costs of the players who arrived at the Rossoneri during the previous transfer windows, starting with Fikayo Tomori whose cost on the balance sheet is a €600k interest-bearing loan plus a €28.8m permanent purchase with €300k in commissions for agents.

Mike Maignan cost €14.3m with €1.5m commissions for agents while Ante Rebic’s permanent acquisition set Milan back €6.7m (of which 50% went to Fiorentina), with €1.3m in agent commissions. Alexis Saelemaekers arrived for €5.2m with no commissions.

Norwegian winger Jens Petter Hauge cost €4.8m with €480k in commissions while Simon Kjaer cost €3.7m with zero agent commissions and Ciprian Tatarusanu cost €1m plus €300k in commissions.

Pierre Kalulu cost €1m plus €570k in commissions while Mario Mandzukic’s arrival on a free transfer included €400k spent due to commissions. Brahim Diaz cost €200k for the paid loan, Sandro Tonali cost €10m for the paid loan, Diogo Dalot cost €500k for the onerous loan and Souhalio Meite cost the same.
