22-year-old Tottenham player has a ‘dream’ of joining Euro outfit, they want him as well

Tottenham Hotspur winger Bryan Gil has been linked with a move away from the London club in recent weeks.

The 22-year-old winger has struggled for regular game time at the North London club and he needs to move on in search of regular football. The player has been linked with clubs like Fiorentina and Feyenoord.

Spanish club Real Sociedad are keen on signing him as well. According to Mundo Deportivo, the player has a ‘dream’ of returning to Sevilla and they are willing to sign him as well. However, they cannot afford to satisfy Tottenham’s demands for the player.

There has been a mention of potential loan moves this month, but Gil is not keen on another temporary transfer. He wants to sort out his future permanently and he does not want to continue moving to multiple clubs on loan every season. He would be prepared to accept a permanent exit away from Tottenham or a loan transfer with an obligation to buy.

If that does not materialise, he would be open to staying and focusing on his future at the Premier League club. It will be interesting to see how the situation develops with him.

The 22-year-old was regarded as a prodigious young talent before he joined Tottenham, but he has not been able to live up to the expectations in England. It seems that he might not be the ideal fit for English football and a return to his homeland would be ideal for him.

It will be interesting to see if Tottenham can be more reasonable with their demands so that he can return to Sevilla, the club of his dreams.
