Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr are believed to be leading the race to take him away from Europe.

United are also hoping to sell veteran midfielder Casemiro to a Saudi Arabian club.

The loss of Fernandes would sting a lot more, given his valuable contributions over the past few years.
