Tottenham boss Thomas Frank is eager to get started at N17 following his switch from Brentford

Tottenham are ready to kickstart a new era at N17 following their Europa League success last month. The Lilywhites endured a disastrous Premier League campaign, finishing just a place above the relegation zone. But Ange Postecoglou’s men managed to save their blushes in the end by winning the Europa League and ending the club’s long-standing trophy drought.

However, that was not enough for Big Ange to save his job and the Australian tactician was replaced by Thomas Frank just two weeks after the Europa League success. Now, the North London club has a great chance to continue the winning trend and compete for more trophies in the coming years.

Earlier this week, Daniel Levy came out with all guns blazing and stated that Spurs are now aiming to win the Premier League and the Champions League in the near future under Thomas Frank. This might be taken with a pinch of salt by the fans as the club chairman has time and again made these false promises whenever a new manager is appointed.

Thomas Frank has created a good first impression at Tottenham

Newly appointed Tottenham boss Thomas Frank is eager to start working with the players at N17 in the coming weeks. The Danish tactician arrives from Brentford after a successful seven-year stint at the Gtech Stadium. His connection with the fans at the West London club, and his ability to control things from top-to-bottom was key for the Bees to become a solid mid-table Premier League team.

Now, the 51-year-old has created a good first impression at N17 as he looks to start settle in at Hotspur Way before pre-season begins. Speaking on the Gold and Guest Talk Tottenham podcast, Alasdair Gold has revealed,

“From what I understand, everyone that has met him at Hotspur Way during his first few days there this week has been highly impressed. He’s been everything they expected him to be so far, really good guy, a very detailed guy as well, I guess he’s stepping into a huge organisation compared to what he’s come from.”

Alasdair Gold suggests that Tottenham staff at Hotspur Way have been highly impressed with Thomas Frank’s approach as the Dane looks to get started at N17. The reliable journalist also adds that the 51-year-old has created a good first impression and he is ‘very detailed’ in his approach. Gold also points out that Thomas Frank has come into a huge club, and Brentford come nowhere close to how big Spurs are.

All eyes will be on Thomas Frank as the Spurs boss looks to get started at N17 and kickstart a new era at the club. It will not be an easy task to replace Big Ange after what the ex-Celtic boss managed to achieve during his two-year stay. However, Frank is excited to lead the Lilywhites forward and his ambitions are aligned with the ambitions of the club’s hierarchy.
