Arsenal boss Arteta hoping Odegaard and Saka can make Bayern Munich clash

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has provided injury updates on Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka this week.

The Gunners manager was asked about his key attacking duo ahead of a Champions League quarter final second leg.

Arteta knows that his team must be at their best if they are to beat Bayern Munich to reach the semi finals.

On Tuesday, he said: "Yeah hopefully (they'll be fit). Today we had only less than 48 hours to recover.

We have done very little training. We will assess them and see how they are."

Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel is dealing with injuries to Manuel Neuer and Leroy Sane as well.
