This is the Arsenal confirmed lineup for the early kick-off on Saturday against Everton. The Gunners are largely just trying to keep pace with Liverpool to keep things somewhat competitive but otherwise are playing for pride with a Champions League spot being almost assured at this point of the season. They take on an interesting and resurgent Everton side who are thriving under David Moyes since his return to Merseyside.
David Raya starts in goal with a back line of Ben White, William Saliba, Jakub Kiwior, and Myles Lewis-Skelly. The midfield trio is Jorginho, Declan Rice, and Mikel Merino with a front three of Raheem Sterling, Ethan Nwaneri, and Leandro Trossard.
Big names like Martin Odegaard, Bukayo Saka, and Gabriel Martinelli are all on the bench.
There are a total of five changes made to the starting lineup with some being to rest key figures like Saka and Odegaard with them being useful from the bench if needs be. Kiwior is the man given the nod to step in for Gabriel who is likely done for the season, he has time to try and build a partnership with Saliba before the key run-in.
Pickford, O’Brien, Tarkowski, Branthwaite, Patterson, Gana, Iroegbunam, Doucoure, Harrison, Ndiaye, Beto
Stay tuned for the Arsenal confirmed lineup. There will be news as well as discussions on who starts, who is dropped, and what tweaks we may see from the manager.
