Arsenal is one of the clubs that monitored Bilal El Khannouss during his time at Leicester City last season and could make a move for the midfielder in the current transfer window. The Gunners have been active in strengthening their squad and are looking to continue that momentum before the window closes.

With several promising targets still under consideration, Arsenal remain open to new additions as they aim to build a team capable of competing for major honours. Mikel Arteta’s side has made notable progress in recent seasons, and further reinforcements could help push them even closer to silverware.

Arsenal Face Competition for El Khannouss

While Arsenal assess its options, they are not alone in the race for El Khannouss. According to Four Four Two, the Gunners are among the clubs interested in signing the Morocco international, though they may face serious competition from Tottenham.

Spurs are also keen to add to their midfield and have identified El Khannouss as a potential signing as they look to strengthen their squad under Thomas Frank. Their growing interest could put pressure on Arsenal to accelerate negotiations if they wish to remain in contention for the player’s signature.

Midfielder Could Strengthen Arsenal’s Depth

El Khannouss impressed despite playing in a struggling Leicester City side, and his performances have not gone unnoticed. A technically gifted playmaker, he could provide creativity and depth in Arsenal’s midfield, qualities that may prove crucial over the course of a long campaign.

If Arsenal is committed to securing the deal, swift action will be necessary. With competition intensifying, particularly from a local rival, any delay could see them miss out on a player who has shown potential to thrive at a higher level. Should he join, El Khannouss may become an important addition to the squad and help reinforce Arsenal’s ambitions this season.
