The first leg at the Estadio Metropolitano ended in a 1-1 draw, with both goals coming from the penalty spot. Viktor Gyokeres gave Arsenal the lead before Julian Alvarez equalized for the home side.
Arsenal thought they had a chance to win the game late when they were awarded a second penalty, but the decision was overturned following a VAR review.
Arsenal's injury list is headlined by major boosts for captain Martin Ødegaard and forward Kai Havertz, who have both been declared fit for tonight's Champions League semi-final against Atlético Madrid.
Bukayo Saka, who was taken off as a precaution during the weekend's win over Fulham, is also fully available and expected to start.
Jurriën Timber, Mikel Merino and Karl Hein are unavailable.
Meanwhile, Atlético Madrid are missing only Pablo Barrios and Nico González due to thigh injuries.
