Aston Villa have made their move to re-sign Ross Barkley.

After a superb season with relegated Luton, Barkley has restored his reputation across the Premier League.

The Daily Mail says Villa are offering a three-year deal to Barkley.

The 30-year old is wanted by a number of Premier League clubs following his renaissance season at Luton.

However, Unai Emery's Villa can also offer Champions League football, which could be decisive. Barkley had a spell on-loan at Villa when on the books at Chelsea.
