Atletico Madrid coach Simeone: We must buy better players

Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone is expecting a big summer market.

Atletico signed off for the season with victory at Real Sociedad.

Simeone said: "We have to look for the best that is needed for the team. We have spoken and outlined the path that we know we must follow.

"The club will have to work and we will have to make better the players who can arrive. An important summer is coming to work well and continue making the Champions League seem normal once again after twelve years and being among the six teams that always go to the Champions League and being the fourth team that wins the most as a visitor.

"We put the demand ahead of you, we have generated enthusiasm and we must put up with it."
