Barcelona striker Torres: Win at Las Palmas was deserved

Ferran Torres was delighted scoring in Barcelona's win at Las Palmas.

Torres insists the result was deserved.

He said: We knew that it was an opponent who wanted the ball, that we had to take it away from them.

We had control and timing in the last pass. We won three points that are very important.

They played with advanced defense and we knew how to attack the spaces."

On Vitor Roque's debut, Torres said: "The more competition the better for the team and at the level individual. You have to be prepared."
