Jaka Bijol has completed a move to Leeds United, signing his contract with the newly promoted Premier League side.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Slovenia international Bijol has signed his contract with Premier League side Leeds United.
The 26-year-old had completed his medical tests with the English club earlier this week.
As previously reported by Romano, Leeds have secured the centre-back’s services for €22m, including add-ons, while Bijol has agreed to a four-year contract, expiring in June 2029.
Bijol joined Udinese from CSKA Moscow in 2022 for just €4m.
He has scored five goals and provided four assists in 95 appearances across all competitions with Udinese.
Leeds are expected to confirm his signature in the coming hours.
Sky Sport Italia added earlier this week that Leeds United are interested in another Serie A player: Lecce striker Nikola Krstovic.
The Premier League side have already sent a substantial bid for the Montenegro international, who is evaluating the proposal alongside the Giallorossi side.
