Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola has put Alex Scott on notice ahead of tomorrow's clash with Wolves.

Iraola admits the summer arrival from Bristol City is likely to start at Dean Court.

He said, "He was willing to push, training has been good, good news.

"He will bring energy, he has this energy, hunger, wants to show he belongs to the Premier League, someone in his position that now we are lacking bodies in the middle he will help out of possession and in possession."

On facing his predecessor Gary O'Neil, Iraola added: "I think everyone appreciated he did a good job here.

"Last season was successful for the club and I'm sure it will be a special day for him, before the game and after the game - a lot of people have worked with him.

"I'm sure that during the game 90 minutes he will be focused on what happens on the pitch."

Iraola also said: "He [O'Neil] knows perfectly our players, some of our staff know the things that he focuses on and for sure there will be things in small details, [such as] set pieces, we can control.

"But they are different teams - the players have different weaknesses, strengths and qualities."
