Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola believes Kieffer Moore can still prove valuable this season.

The striker has managed eight appearances since Iraola arrived at the club in the summer.

While he has only started a Carabao Cup game and has played 142 minutes, Iraola still has a lot of time for the Wales international.

Per Daily Echo, head coach Iraola said: I think we've used him especially in games where we were losing, to try to put more pressure with two forwards.

Like against Liverpool, playing with Dom and him up front. I think he can be valuable in those situations.

He is probably the best asset we have at finishing set-pieces, an aerial threat. But it is true that he hasn't scored.

The first thing you are going to do when you evaluate a performance of the number nine normally is the goals he scores. But I think he is valuable in those conditions."
