Bournemouth midfielder Philip Billing admits he has a poor aerial game.

The Dane concedes he doesn't like competing in the air.

He told The Times: "Playing with my feet was the way I was brought up. When they see a tall player in England, they think he must be good with his head.

"But it is one of those things that you either are or you are not. To be good with your head, you have to have some aggression in you to go in and attack a ball when there are five players in front of you.

"First of all, if I'm playing in a game and I'm in a 50-50 situation against a big centre-back and I know he's not going to pull out, I don't go into it.

"I am careful about using my head because I know that you see players having to end their careers (due to head injuries, ed.).

"Deep down I know that if there is a ball that I don't get or can't win, then I don't risk bumping my head. That's just how I am."
