Brighton boss De Zerbi convinced by exciting Enciso future

Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi is convinced by the potential of Julio Enciso.

De Zerbi says the young attacker has a big future ahead.

He stated: "He has been unlucky this season, he has to stay focussed and start next pre-season at his best.

"He has to accept this moment playing with team-mates and not alone on the pitch.

"I understand because he is younger and he didn't play so many games he has motivation that is higher then a normal player.

"His attitude can be to play alone and to shoot when he could make assistance.

"He has a big character and the right character to be big player."
