Brighton midfielder Lallana welcomes back Mitoma and Adingra

Brighton midfielder Adam Lallana has welcomed back wing pair Kaoru Mitoma and Simon Adingra.

Mitoma and Adingra have been away at the Asian Cup and AFCON respectively this past month.

Lallana said: I think where the manager comes into his own is tactically.
