Brighton midfielder Jakub Moder was happy with his playing chance in their FA Cup defeat to Wolves in midweek.

Moder has been battling for minutes in recent games and hopes his new opening leads to more playing chances.

Moder said: I started in the cup game at Stoke but this was my first start in the centre of midfield so that is positive for me personally.

I felt good on the pitch.

I got a lot of help from the boys and from the coaches and it was very important for me to get those minutes.

It's always difficult. We have a lot of injuries and it is difficult for us and also for the gaffer to manage the players.

But it is how it is. We have to keep going and it happens in football injuries.

There are so many this season but we still have great quality in the team and we can do great things with this squad.

We still have plenty of games to play and we want to make a good result in the Premier League and also in the Europa League.

The next game is the most important."
