BVB's Maatsen boost after Pochettino's Chelsea exit

Borussia Dortmund are confident keeping hold of Ian Maatsen.

The Chelsea fullback will end his loan next Saturday in the Champions League final against Real Madrid.

There had been talk of Chelsea wanting to keep hold of the Dutchman, though Ruhr Nachrichten says the departure of Mauricio Pochettio will change their stand.

Chelsea are now more open to selling Maatsen, with the new manager expected to have his own ideas on players.

BVB chief Sebastian Kehl is eager to talk terms around a price of 25m.
