In the game between Bologna and AC Milan yesterday, Samu Castillejo was forced to leave after the first half due to a muscle injury. Indeed, it’s not the first muscle injury for the Rossoneri this season.

Another injury is certainly not what Stefano Pioli would have wanted heading into last night’s game. On the other hand, the likes of Theo Hernandez, Franck Kessie and Pietro Pellegri will be back at his disposal for Tuesday’s clash.

According to MilanNews, Castillejo sustained a muscle injury to his left thigh flexor yesterday. The injury will be analysed very soon and thus the recovery time is still unknown, but we can only hope that it won’t be too long.

We can more or less rule him out for the game against Torino, though. This means that Alexis Saelemaekers should start on the right flank and that makes sense, seeing as the Belgian is the starter in that position.
