The Champions League draw will take place later today, and Gazzetta dello Sport rates every possible opponent for Serie A clubs in the league phase.
Napoli, Inter, Atalanta and Juventus will learn their fate in the Champions League today as the draw for the league phase of the competition unfolds in Monaco, starting 18:00 CET (17:00 BST).
Inter, the 2024-25 Champions League finalists, have been placed in Pot 1, Juventus and Atalanta are in Pot 2 and Napoli, the reigning Italian champions, are in Pot 3.
Each team will face two sides from each pot, one at home and one away, and teams cannot be drawn against other clubs from the same nation, nor can they be drawn against more than two sides from the same country.
Thursday’s printed edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport has rated all the Champions League clubs for the 2025-26 campaign, including Serie A sides, from one to five stars.
Inter and Napoli have received four stars, while Atalanta and Juventus have three. But what about their possible opponents? Let’s find out below.
