Osimhen has turned down a move to Juventus, opening the door for Arsenal and Manchester United to compete for his signature. According to Italian outlets Il Mattino and Radio Kiss Kiss, the 26-year-old striker, who netted 36 goals in all competitions during a loan spell at Galatasaray this season, has no interest in joining the Turin side.

The Nigeria international has a €75 million release clause in his Napoli contract, which runs for another year, though the club can extend it through 2027. Still, Napoli could face difficulty finding a team willing to pay that fee.

Football Transfers reported that Chelsea are set to hold key talks with Osimhen’s representatives — the striker is currently on loan at Galatasaray — as they try to compromise on his wage demands. Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins and Liam Delap remain options if talks fail to produce an agreement.

TBR Football also reported that Liverpool have identified Osimhen as one of their primary targets to strengthen the No. 9 role this summer. The outlet’s chief correspondent, Graeme Bailey, added that the club have already taken steps behind the scenes toward a potential move.

Osimhen is reportedly open to a Premier League switch, which could give English clubs an advantage in the race for his signature. Still, Napoli stand firm on their valuation and show no intention to lower the asking price.
