Away from his first-team exposure, the 18-year-old has also played 21 times for Manchester United’s Under-21s this season, scoring seven times and providing four assists.

Now, according to RedYouthUnited on X, Chido Obi has made the step down to the Manchester United Under-18s to start for United against Manchester City’s Under-18s, United’s fierce local rivals.

For Chido Obi, stepping back down to the Manchester United Under-18s to help their efforts against Manchester City can be said to be a huge boost to their chances in the game.
Meanwhile, with some overlapping between the two sides when it comes to selection, this decision arguably is not surprising.
Now, Red Devils supporters may look towards the forward to see if he can perform when it matters and to see if he can help United secure the three points.
