Club worried about Tottenham’s interest in their manager highly rated by Pep Guardiola

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in appointing Thomas Frank as their next manager, and their interest in the Danish manager has left Brentford worried.

According to TBR Football, some Tottenham officials believe that Frank would be the ideal manager for them. Previously, we have covered reports stating that Tottenham could land the Denmark manager for a fee of £9 million.

It will be interesting to see if Tottenham come forward with an official offer to appoint the 51-year-old as their next manager. Frank has done an exceptional job at Brentford, and he has helped him finish in the top half of the table for the second time in three seasons.

Despite working with limited resources, Brentford have played exciting football, and they have established themselves as Premier League regulars.

Tottenham need a quality manager

Tottenham have had a disappointing Premier League campaign, and they have finished 17th in the league table. Even though they have won the UEFA Europa League, Ange Postecoglou could be shown the door this summer.

Tottenham have been linked with multiple managers, and it will be interesting to see who they end up with. Frank is certainly an exciting target for them, and there is no doubt that he has the pedigree to help Tottenham bounce back.

Thomas Frank could be excited to join Tottenham

Brentford will not want to lose a quality manager like him, and it remains to be seen how the situation develops. Frank is highly rated by his peers as well, and Pep Guardiola has tipped him to land a big job soon.

Tottenham have secured Champions League qualification for the next season, and they have a quality squad. Frank could be attracted to the idea of managing them next season. He has proven his quality in the Premier League, and he will look to challenge for trophies now. Tottenham could provide him with that opportunity.
